If you think about it, letting a stranger into your home, trying to explain what you like, or don’t like, hiring them, and then, they conceptualize from the color of the walls, to the shape of the napkins… It can be a crazy concept, one that involves courage, effective communication, and trust. So. Much. Trust.
A home is one of the most personal places you can have, a place that (should) give you peace, reflect at least a piece of your personality, and a home is a place where you can decompress from the day and recharge your batteries. So, the idea of delegating the task of adapting your space to you and having someone else do it? Yeah, it’s a trust fall. But, yes, there’s always a but, with talent, experience, and studies, the art of Interior Design can achieve this seemingly impossible task.
We have 18 years of experience perfecting how to interpret the client’s vision and materialize it into proposals successfully. Also, Rebecca studied for years the art of Interior Design, so every project is well thought out, staying on track with your investment, and has perfected a workflow and design plan that accompanies the client every step of the way, guaranteeing the client’s vision comes true through her. She does a bit of mind-reading too!
Not long ago, we wrapped up a big project, and Rebbeca was asking the client if he remembered at the beginning of the project, a few months ago, when he asked Rebecca what would happen if they didn’t like everything once installed? And it is not only a good question, but a reasonable one.

Just like in everything else, trust is earned. Our system guarantees that you won’t have to ask this question when we approach the purchasing phase (the boldest), and even if you change your mind about an item, there’s always a way to solve the issue in a way that you are comfortable with. You will have a voice and a vote in every step of the journey.
That same client, at the very end of the project, answered, “I love it, I love it all!”.
We have proven to be trustworthy by having many returning happy clients over the years, and have built a community that relies on and supports us, creating new relationships along the way.

And now... to the next project!
